The Preorder option allows you to secure and reserve rare anime figures, the latest manga box sets or TCG sets (One Piece, Pokemon) before they officially hit the market or arrive at our branch. The estimated arrival month is listed on the page of each preorder item. We send the product to your address as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

In order to make your shopping as easy as possible, we support several safe payment methods: secure payment with credit and debit cards online, payment via general money order/internet banking (Cash payment) and the popular cash on delivery (cash or card to the courier when picking up the package).

Preserving the condition of your cards is crucial to their value. We recommend using high-quality protective sleeves immediately after opening packs, storing decks in sturdy deck boxes, and organizing your most valuable cards in side-loading binders. You can find all the necessary TCG card accessories in our product range.

Don’t worry! If the size isn’t right, you can exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your package, provided it hasn’t been worn or washed and still has the original tags attached. You can make the exchange in person at our Westgate store or send the item back to us by mail after notifying our customer support team.

We pack all packages, especially sensitive anime figures, with maximum care using protective films and sturdy boxes. However, if damage occurs during transport, please take a photo of the damaged box and product immediately upon collection and contact us by e-mail with the order number so that we can resolve the complaint as soon as possible and send a replacement.

Yes, Dabas gift vouchers are the perfect choice when buying a birthday gift but aren’t sure exactly what the recipient collects. You can purchase gift vouchers in various amounts from our online store or at our physical location.
